Eighteen holes for our patriots

By ON★PATROL

This Labor Day weekend, a round of golf at participating golf courses will go toward the post-secondary education of the children and spouses of military service members killed or disabled while serving in defense of our great nation. The Folds of Honor Foundation has provided more than 550 educational scholarships in the last two years, and, with the PGA's help, has raised $3 million through golfers nationwide.

Golfers are asked to donate at least $1 for each round of golf at participating public facilities, while private facilities will accept donations. Non-golfers can also participate by making a donation to the foundation at FoldsofHonor.com.

Facilities participating in Patriot Golf Day are listed at PlayGolfAmerica.com and PatriotGolfDay.com.
